I started my wonderful journey as a massage therapist in 2003, learning therapies to help people relax and unwind the tension in their muscles, including reflexology and aromatherapy. Later, my interest was drawn to ways of reducing muscle pain and helping people move better.
Over the last five years I have trained with the Jing Institute of Advanced Massage in Brighton, which offers the most advanced massage training in the UK. I now specialise in Advanced Clinical Massage with Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release to help relieve chronic pain conditions and reduced range of movement from fascial and soft tissue restrictions.
My passion is to provide high quality bodywork for each individual's needs, with a focus on the cause rather than just the symptoms of your problem. I believe in continually developing my skills to learn more about the body and find even more effective ways of helping the body to heal, using techniques that feel good to the client.
The joy of being a massage therapist is... helping people to regain more movement, reduce or eliminate pain from tight, knotted muscles and so have a better quality of life.

Vera (retired) – after Clinical Massage for neck pain and Reflexology treatments
"The treatments were very relaxing. Reflexology definitely helped me cope with chemotherapy. I sailed through with limited symptoms. I feel very positive after a treatment and calm and able to manage everything."
